      Find someone else to be sexually attracted to? Like if you're a dude find someone on grindr to mess around with. Perhaps if you play with a similar older man's butt you'll get it out of your system?

      Again idk what would come out of telling your dad. What can he say to that?

        Thanks! Its not really that i'm attracted to older men, but i talked to my therapist and they said somthing similar. super helpful!
