I'm 40 and I have to have feet covered before I can get to sleep in winter and have to sleep with socks on during summer so I can uncover the rest of me. VERY YUCKY nightmares happen when my feet get uncovered during sleep, so....yeah, I vote for covering, cause I like not having horror movies running uncensored in my brain!!! :)
