      • Something more balenced and healthier, I know my dad lost a ton of weight when he became vegetarian. I'm not saying u have to cut out meat, but I feel as a people we ate too much of it. Plus all the growth hormones in animals now, can't be good for u. And working out in tandem with a healthy diet is the real key to being "in shape"
