ok so i am 22 and ever since i was about 12 i have been attracted to older guys when in 8th grade i had a huge crush on my history teacher he was about 30. i dated men my age but when i turned 18 i completely rejected everyone who asked me out who was not at least 15 years older than me. my boyfriend for 2 years now (who i met because he is one of my fathers golfing buddies) is 42 my father was furious that i would date him but i love this guy. i'm just only sexual attracted to older men i don't think i would feel right dating or having sex with some one who was not at least 15 years older than me is it normal?

    You don't have to have everything in common to have a good relationship, and you don't have to have ANYTHING in common to have good sex. What you like is what you like, and nobody can tell you it's wrong as long as everyone involved is a consenting adult.

    I'm an older guy (47) who loves younger women. I find them delightfully open-minded, fun, and unspoiled compared with women my own age. . . and I like to be with someone who is young and hot enough for me to physically worship in bed.

    The problem for me is that I feel like I can't make the first move on the women I'm interested in, for fear of being creepy. I'm up for a relationship but not clingy or jealous or needy, so if a young woman is interested, she just needs to let me know, and let me know what her boundaries are.

    So, do you live in Northern California? I'd love to meet some interested young women! :)

    It is perhaps not totally normal, according to mainstream society, but I agree with you. My boyfriend is 16 years older than me, and I am only 18. Society makes it so hard on couples like us, and I don't know if we could ever get married, etc. But the thing is, I like the feeling of cuddling up to a guy who is match older, wiser, stronger, and more experienced, and wants to protect me. That in itself is such a turn on.

    I think it's ok because I feel the same exact way, except I'm a guy... and also I'm gay... I've tried going out with girls and didn't really work ... and I can't go out with anyone my own age because I think it's too weird... I kind of got a crush on my teacher as well, he's like 55 I think... I'm just only sexually attracted to older men usually around 30-50 so I know how you feel :)
