This is a more serious issue,
I love my girlfriend to death, by why do I just get such pain and agony every time i see her talking or even catching her looking at someone else? What the hell does this mean!?! why does it happen! i wish it didnt...and ive tried to change but i cant...
Jealousy is an ugly emotion that will destroy your relationship. You can change but maybe need professional help. Don't let another ugly emotion - too much pride - get in your way.
It's called insecurity and not trusting her. It's ok to look as long as she is not flirting and disrespecting you.
well i trsut her, i know she loves me and i know she would never cheat on me or anything. but i beleive all girls cant help but flirt, my girl knows she does it and she cant help it and she tells me to tell her when she does it but im just to hurt to even think about it. i just want to go cry
How old are you. If your young jr high or high school- normal. If your a jr in college or older you have problems that will destroy all your relationships.
im a freshman in high school so it may sound normal. but i dont see anyone else feeling like i do in my school or anything. and im scared that if i still feel this way it WILL carry on through my whole life and i dont want that, but i dont no how to change my sensitivity. i think its just me, and the girl must learn that. i cause my own problems
It sounds like a deeper problem. Were your parents divorced or not around much when you were little ? I'd get some counseling to work out your issues.
You're young; it's totally normal. Relationships are a new thing for you. You'll get the hang of it later.
And it's possible other kids feel the same way but are too ashamed to say anything to their friends about it.
Don't worry. Just work on trusting your girlfriend and after a while it'll get easier.

I haven't been able to improve much. But talking to him helps. He hardly talks to any girls unless he has to.

Hey brother dont worry. I have a solution for this. She loves you a lot. Its just a part of insecurity. Choose a day when you are totally fresh and calm and meet up and tell her that you love her so much that you get jealous when you do that. That doesnt mean m stopping you from talking to other guys. Its only that i know " what the guy is trying to achieve by talking to u and appreciating you too much" be safe and dont let any guy take advantage of your innocence and free mindedness. Try this i tried it worked miracle. Hope this works for you too
look how would you feel if u where never allowed to talk to any other girls or even look at them. thats just stupid to feel that way becuz whos dating her, huh who dose she openly admire. You should try to get help. A little jealousy can be flattering, but if you get out of control... You might potentially hurt her or yourself.
