Noid and Ldizzy are right; this sounds like depression. Talking to a therapist is a very good idea. You don't have to watch others moving forward while you feel frozen in place; others can help. It's a good sign that you remember feeling pretty, confident and successful because it shows you that you can feel that way again.
you r right i need help but what if i don't want therapist because it is something very hard i used to be strong confident person can't see myself going to therapist is alternative way to return like before feel i am living my life
I understand how you feel, I think. It may feel like you're admitting defeat to go to a therapist when you're used to being strong and confident. However, it is no more a defeat than going to a doctor if you have a sore throat. It's a condition that a professional can assess and treat more quickly than you might be able to treat it on your own.
You also have alternatives, just as people with sore throats have alternative ways of treating them. For some people, volunteer work brings them out of themselves and helps relieve depression. Physical activity and getting enough sunlight can help, too; doctors often recommend exercise and daily walks along with more established therapy.
Speaking of doctors, there's another reason to see one: You might have a physical issue that's causing or worsening the feelings you're having. A hypoactive thyroid can make you feel like you're a zombie, and so can anemia. Other hormonal imbalances can also mess you up. If you haven't had a physical check-up, that might be a good idea.
