Well tell her how you feel which i think is super cute and how she is your bestfriend and all that good stuff. Don't go too over board. BE REAL. Ask her how she feels about it and if she feels the same. Tell her you don't want to lose her and that you still would like to continue being friends if she doesn't feel the same.
