The anus and rectum can be made clean, a dog turd can't and I never said I'd ever licked an arsehole, but I did experience it as a recipient once and it was fantastic and the giver knew I was clean there.

My life is absolutely wonderful just so you know and writing a fact about something begin so vulgar and low has nothing to do with whether or not my life is boring. You are the ignorant one: anuses (anusii?) are cleaned thoroughly every day in hospitals and homes and clinics by enema and this even used to be routine before childbirth. Shit is only in the anus on its way out of the body unless there's some medical condition to cause it to hang around there longer than it should: I think you have the anus and the rectum confused in your mind, have a look at a basic physiology text book and you'll see what I mean.
