I am a girl who eats like a man

I'm a 17 year old girl who eats A LOT. I have full proper meals and keep eating after at least every half hour in between meals. My mother is concerned about my diet and says I eat embarrassingly too much. For me, eating as much or even more than my Dad has always been normal. I don't even gain weight despite eating this much (I'm normal-weight). And even after eating a lot, I never feel uncomfortably full, so I guess this is the amount my body needs.

None of my friends eat as much as I do. Is it normal that my diet somewhat resembles that of an average man?

  • It seems normal to me, just make sure what you are eating is generally healthy. It is okay to indulge once in a while but try to keep to a balenced diet.

  • As long as you don't become overweight, its normal. I eat a ton and I don't gain much weight.

  • Well you aren't really making it clear how much you eat. I think that up to 2500-3000 calories a day is good, as long as it's healthy food and you excersize enough.

  • Hey if you're one of those lucky people they can stuff them selves and eat anything you want and be a normal weight then enjoy
