Dude i know what you mean and i gotta say the fact that your aware and ashamed of your douche baggarey means your really a good person i don't know what douche bag things your doing but it could be do to who you associate with or you could just put your foot in your mouth too much in either case you should be able to overcome it an become happy in your own skin
