I am 63 arthritis hips and muscle spasms when walking?

I have taken 'diclofenac', and 'meloxicam', and My hips and muscle spasms still hurt when walking. Do you think fasting would help?

Most likely you need to increase your potassium and magnesium content. Either directly with food or with a good supplement.

Shortages of both cause muscle tightness, muscle spasms, and cramps if it gets bad enough.

It's fairly common for some medications to deplete potassium.

If its just potassium depletion - just get "light slat" and use it in place of normal salt (or drink an occasional glass of "light salt" water). It's 50% potassium chloride.

    Diazepam(Valium), baclofen, carisoprodol(soma) etc.
