Don't propose to her. Don't move out of her life. Don't let that jerk steal her away. Don't tell her about your feelings for her. And, don't worry about her "missing out" on her 20-25 age--that's her decision to make about her own life.
If you like her, and she has a thing for you, explore that, and see if it leads somewhere. Maybe it will, maybe it won't, but you won't really know unless you try. As for conveying your feelings, do that only in very subtle ways, indirectly. Otherwise, you may end up chasing her away. And, there is nothing wrong with the 10 year age difference.
