It sounds like a guy because people won't usually tease a girl for things like being short since they're usually more sensitive about personal physical attributes. Unless they're not the nicest people, and there are definitely those around. Friends may tease a girl about that if the friend is a guy and he has the hots for her, they tease who they like. I saw that kind of thing alot when I was younger.

Yea most of the people who tease me are my guy friends not girls.and yes I am a girl
I think it's a guy too. Absolutely no one would make fun of a girl for being 5'1", unless all her friends were like 6 feet tall or something.
