I always think there is bugs crawling on me?

WARNING: THIS MAY CAUSE THE READER TO START ITCHING.

It's been like this for months. At one point I watched a SciShow video of bugs and it got me to think there was bugs on me, and it still feels that way.

I'm not so scared of them anymore but STILL it feels like they're crawling on me. When I'm trying to go to sleep, ride bike, but not walking. It seems as though I created a simulation that bugs were on me. And I never try to scratch it anymore, but I still think about it. Which makes me itch too. I really hope it stops. Because it's at the point that it's really annoying, but isn't ruining my life.

  • I have crawling and itching sensations all over and I've never done a drug in my life. It's just defective nerves in my case...maybe just speak to your doctor about it if it ever begins to interfere with things.

  • Maybe you're having an allergic reaction to something?

  • I have a very similar problem; the only difference is while yours started from watching a tv show (so you claim) mine started from actual bugs crawling on me. I once awoke to find a crikket on me; never feel safe, never feel clean. Maybe there's actual bugs crawling on you some(most)times?

  • When I was a child I had a nightmare of bugs crawling all me. A few months after I constantly brushed off my skin. Try distracting yourself so your not focused on bugs crawling on you.
