I'm a guy, so I'm kind of stepping out of my zone to talk to you, but the other night I was sitting with some people eating dinner and the chick next to me had french fries for dinner. I consider myself in pretty good shape; I work out, go running (because I enjoy running - I don't have to make myself do it) etc. Sometimes I eat fast food, or pizza, or maybe just a salad. But what you're describing doesn't sound healthy. You're going to become anemic. You're going to trick your body into developing problems it shouldn't have. It's all in your mind. If you want to look good, be healthy. Being healthy means exercising, burning off the calories you take in, and not starving yourself. You're not going to become fat if you follow a few simple rules, but if you sit around acting lazy and eating all the time, then yes; you will become fat. It's pretty simple. Just don't eat french fries for dinner for Christ's sake...
I always feel like I'm becoming fat.
