Around my crush, I can struggle to find the courage to engage in conversation unless i am really drunk.
I saw my crush tonight at a onesie partaay. I spoke to her via texr a little before I saw her at the partaay.
When I got there she didnt even really say hi to me, She just continued during conversation with someone, Like she ignored me most the night until mid way.
I was also so nervous to say hi to her, I feel like I fckd up!! She text me before hand asking if I am coming, and I didnt get the text until later as no wifi. Im socially shy n anxious and also she necr texted me by herself before. I met her 5 times now tho or 6, So idk what the hell is up with me. Do u think she thinks I'm rude or weird as, and why didnt she come up to me?

    Getting drunk is not going to solve your social anxiety woes. You need to relax, and not put people on pedestals. We're all just people, even your crush is just a person. Making a big deal about someone is a great way to freak yourself out, man. If you put her on this high pedestal in your mind she won't measure up to your image of her in your mind. She's just another person, like anyone else.

        The thing about getting really shitfaced drunk, or high is that being intoxicated can lower your inhibitions to the point where you do something that makes a fool of you, causes people to gossip about you, and in the end make you even more socially anxious. You know what I mean?
