Not normal (obviously) but I suppose it's better he does this with a role playing adult than an actual child. The only thing that I find particularly weird is calling him Daddy, it just has too many incest connotations for me.
Sorry, I didn't mean it in a rude way, I said it as the vast majority of the population doesn't do this. The way I see it, just because something isn't considered normal, doesn't necessarily mean it's wrong.
