I accidently left in a tampon for 12 hours!

So i went to sleep and woke up 12 hours later with a tampon in. Im really nervous, am i gonna be ok?

Is It Normal?

    You should be okay! I've left them in for long periods of time, and they didn't really effect me.

    you'll be fine...im a girl and ive left them in for longer than that. ive also accidentally put two in at once.

    Yeah, tampons are weird. You want to know why they put strings on them. SO the guy can floss after he's done eating down there.

    There, thats more gross. I think you are fine. Just change it a lot more quicker next time. My exgirlfriend used to sleep with them in.
