Thank you for the tip! I’ve actually gotten so much better lately. I’m living with some girls in another country that I didn’t know before we moved in together. (It’s like a work&travel thing) I find people and psychology so interesting! Human interaction and how people react differently to situations is really fascinating to me. I’ve already gotten really close to the girls and talked lots about existential crisis, bad family situations and so on.
So if anyone is wondering, I’n actually kinda happy again! If the person who’s reading this is feeling trapped or tired of living, just say “fuck it” and do something yolo like moving to another country! Take care of yourselves.
Glad to hear you're feeling so much happier but get the book anyway if you can and keep it for emergencies! My copy is by my bed and even just glancing at it there helps me because I've read it so many times I know what the writer's message is.
I often think of my favourite quote from the book, which is (paraphrased) that there's one choice no-one can take away from you and that's to choose how you respond to whatever circumstances you find yourself in.
I’m slowly losing my mind
