Life isn't useless if you actually live it while you have it. There must be some things in life you enjoy: focus on them and also find some new activities you enjoy and stop dwelling pointlessly on what is the lot of all humans. To state the blatant obvious, we're born, we live and then we die: we only have control over how we deal with the years in between.
