By now I hope that you, OP, have deduced that this is not a good place to get advice on dog training.
I think you should get a good book specifically on the Pomeranian breed of dog. I also think you should go to the library and checkout as many books on dog training, and dog behavior as you can. Reading, and learning are your friends.
If you are super worried about barking it would perhaps be advisable that you search for a less vocal breed. Research, and read up on all the different dog breeds. Don't be one of those assholes who just gets a dog of a certain breed, because you think it's pretty, or looks cool, but it's temperament does not fit with you, or your lifestyle.
