I’m 24, been waking with up with joint pain and dizziness

Last night was the worst.

Around 3 I woke up with a tingling in my feet, nausea, and hand-joint pain. I thought I was going to pass out.

I’m not sure why I have these symptoms and it’s pissing me off.

Consulting with a healthcare professional is better than asking random strangers on the Internet.
(Asking us is like asking that group huddled behind the dumpster eating a dead cat.)

You mean a bunch of zombies hanging out behind a Chinese restaurant?

Go to a doctor. Could be anxiety, could be something else.

Hey when in Rome as they say. One begets the other.

I was going to say AIDS but usually the first sign of that is a pounding sensation in the rear end. You do not have such a symptom so let's move on to another possibility -

24 is quite an advancing age. It may just be from getting older.
Other things that may happen are -
incontinence, constipation, dizzy spells, forgetfulness, defecating the bed, hair growing out of your ears, liver spots, erectile dysfunction, and a bunch of other things.

I've been experiencing the same thing! Going to the doctor soon, I hope you do as well.

    • Thank you! Part of me thinks I’m just dehydrated.

If you want, give me an update here.

I really gone we don’t have anything chronic.

        Will do!

I thought it was dehydration as well, so I started drinking water a lot and taking cool baths/showers, but it didn't help.

As another user suggested, I thought it was anxiety or silent panic attacks too. Nope. However, I was redirected to Lyme disease the more I searched my symptoms, and it seems to match. It all did start in the summer and I was bitten by numerous insects, but we'll see. The appointment is in Jan.

        • I had 2 tick bites so that might be my disorder as well.

          Good Luck!

I hope it's not Lyme disease! I'll say a prayer, and hold a good thought for you.

Most of my symptoms subsided, but they tested me anyway. Waiting on test results.

Sorry I looked at the post wrong. The notifications keep saying I have a new reply here, and driving me crazy. I'm not the OP, but I do have insurance, I hope the OP has insurance as well.
