This is a 100% normal response to this kind of 100% not-normal behavior.
If you can *prove* that she's done something mean or nasty, catch her in a lie or video her acting up, then it might be good to show the evidence to your boyfriend, so that he can at least know for sure why you don't like her. He'll know his family; he can say whether it'd be good to show his parents. (I'd overall advise against going to the parents, but he might feel differently.)
The biggest thing to do would be to try to ignore her or put the differences beside you. Try not to give up on the whole family unless you really, truly, can't handle it.
