It's normal that you feel the way you do, but her behavior definitely isn't. It's unfortunate that your boyfriend's brother is with her, but there's not really much you can do. I wish there was because it is very frustrating to know that someone (or in this case, a whole family) is being used or manipulated, but I doubt it will last that long. People like that generally can't keep up their game for very long before people start getting suspicious and catching on.
I disagree with highrider- I don't think you should try to record her and show the family and you've obviously tried telling them and they didn't listen, which is typical. Manipulative people are just that; manipulative. They're very good at getting people to trust them and explaining things away. In the very probable case that the family dismisses it, you'll end up looking like you're trying to cause trouble and the girlfriend will have it out for you from that point on.
In the meantime, the only thing you can do is try to keep your distance from her, which I realize may be difficult in this situation. Maybe hang out with your boyfriend at your house more or go out together while she's there. If all else fails, like Tommythecat said, you can at least try to ignore her or tolerate it for the time being.
I ******* HATE my boyfriends, brothers - girlfriend.
