It almost sounds like something very emotionally traumatic has happened to him. As someone else said, people don't leave for no reason. The problem here is probably not you, but him. Obviously something is wrong and he needs some time to reasses his life and mental state. If you truly love this man, obviously you are going to give him some time, which is understandable. But don't let yourself be taken advantage of or taken as a fool. I know someone who was married for 10 years with 3 kids. One day he left in his truck and never came home. No calls, no letters, nothing. She waited 5 years before filing for divorce. Somehow they found him 5 states away. The first thing he said to her, "Why would you hurt me like that by filing for divorce? What about our girls?" WOW! he didn't get the memo did he? She continued with the filing obviously. Who does that?Someone with a mental issue. Only a man with some major issues does that. Don't be like this woman. Don't be a sucker. Give it some time, but don't stretch your own self worth too thin.
