I always hump my hand or cover my hand with a blanket. I think its called masterbating but im not sure. Its very pleasurable but im worried that i wont be able to get out of the habit. Should I stop or will I grow out of it?

    I've been humping my hard since I was in a car seat, and I'm 18 now. I use to get in trouble from doing it. As I got older I was still humping my hand and I didn't know why, I thought I was the only person who did this.

    It is masturbation and mastirbation is normal. If you want to change that method there are many other methods by which you should be able to pleasure yourself.

    Yes, this is normal, and no, you probably won't grow out of it and don't need to. I have been doing this since I was 6 and now I'm 26 and I still do it sometimes but I have a perfectly normal sex life. And yes it is a form of masturbation. Approximately 1 in 10 women masturbate this way.
