I think it's normal..you're just a shy person..but tell yourself that evryone has to pee..it's normal..I'm also shy when i'm in a public bathroom and Someone hears me pee. But you shouldn't restrain yourself from peeing...
I was raised to be modest. I don't like pissing with a family member in the next stall. I like hearing men piss, but not women. At school, I would hold it in all day until I got home. Two kids in my class pissed themselves in class, but I was always too embarrassed to ask permission to use the toilet. Somehow I never had an accident at school or on the bus.
