I'd solve the thing they are fighting about. Get rid of NATO. There is no huge alliance against other countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc. But only against Russia. Why? This must make them upset

I really don't know. From what I've seen, kids that misbehave usually have shitty parents. A teacher cant really do much if the kid is just going to go home to a bunch of jerks anyway.
