How would you react to a transgender in the public toilets?

  • Nothing wrong with co-ed bathrooms, but he is talking about a bathroom specifically for homosexuals/bisexuals etc.

    • I think just make Coed and be done with it.

      • That wouldn't bother me. My only problem with his plan is that it would acknowledge an anti-lgbt position which declares that we can't keep our hands off members of our gender without rules to abide by and it would mean that people who are lgbt who are perfectly comfortable with their restroom arrangements must now abide by yet another rule set by the majority to separate us from our fellow human beings.

        • I do not think that is actually the plan. I do not see how this is going against that lgbt? I think they just want some where to go potty and a lady with a dick in the men’s room is going to look weird as to a man in females bathroom and vice versa. I think Co ed bathroom would fix that. Also they do not have to change it they can just add a bathroom. Also what is wrong with adding something to aid someone transgender? I mean we do it for handi cap and it is not that big of a deal. Also many of the people stated they would not be comfortable if a transgender walked in. I think the OP just has no other ideas how to do this so says Transgender. I think Co ed is very simple and helps everyone not just the OP. So that would be the simplest way to solve problem.

          • I am fine with that, I am not fine with gays and lesbians having to use restrooms other than for their gender because straight people are uncomfortable with a lesbian shitting next to them which is one of the proposals of the deal.

I have no problem with co-ed restrooms. I have a problem with someone saying that a gay shouldn't use the men's room and should have to use the "other" room or third restroom he is proposing because heterosexuals are uncomfortable with homosexuals using their restroom.

            • I know but I think the Op mentioned being pre op and post op. Which would make it confusing if a chick with a dick walks into the guys restroom and uses the urinal.

              • My post to ItDuz was directed at ItDuz stating that there should be a third bathroom for anyone that is LGBT for the comfort of heterosexuals.

As far as the OPs situation goes, I feel that a Co-Ed bathroom would be helpful, however, I do not think that it should be mandatory for homosexuals/bisexuals to have to use said co-ed bathroom if there are no issues surrounding their using a regular gendered restroom.
