  • I can't imagine it would be very pleasant, considering the last time I had eaten was 8pm the previous night, and the next time I'd be eating was around 11am.

  • I'd be pretty hungry. I forget to eat/lack an appetite during the day so by dinner (for me its be around 8 or 9) I'm hungry.

  • The record hours I've achieved without eating anything was 26 hours back when I was in college. Not because I need to save my money. It's just I didn't feel hungry at all during that day.

  • Completely fine. If you can't skip 1 single meal without struggling then you have too much of a dependency on food I think.

      • Does it? I eat a light, high-fat breakfast. Keeps my blood sugar levels stable (decreased hunger) and no indigestion.

  • Fine, no dinners isnt unusual for me. Mainly because I dont pack enough for dinner cause I'm shit at rationing my week of food.

  • If my stomach looks a little bloated ill skip dinner and breakfast. Its easy to do when you dont eat carbs your blood sugar doesnt drop. You just feel normal when you fast. Its actually really good for you too it helps regulate your hormones and detoxify your body.
