I'm often criticized for being insecure, emotional, and annoying by virtually everyone. The people I know would be happier if I didn't exist. I have no use, no purpose, no real reason to be here. That's why I'm on this site, I hope to change that by giving helpful advice if I can and make myself somewhat valuable.
Do you think those things are true? If not you're mixing with the wrong people and should stay away from them; if it's true, can you change these qualities, maybe with professional help?
At the very least, try this for at least a week and see if it works: every night when you go to bed and when you wake up in the morning say thank you (not to anyone or anything in particular in my case, but that's your choice) for all the good things you DO have in your life: food to eat; a roof over your head; clean water to drink; no-one's shooting at you ....... you'll get better at it with practice. If you can say it out loud without others hanging shit on you that's even better and writing it down is good too.
Good luck! You might as well learn to enjoy this world and the only life you'll ever have. You deserve to be happy just as everyone else does
Honestly, I don't know if they are right or wrong. I seem normal to myself, but that's not popular opinion. But that's a pretty good idea, actually. I'll give it a shot. Thank you.
I've been doing it for a little while now, and talking to a person with a similar problem, and I have been feeling a little better lately. My life ain't so bad when I think about it and there are a few people who like me okay so I can't be all bad,I guess. Thanks for the advice.
How would you feel if your mom tried to abort you?

Oh that is really sad. Why do you feel like that about yourself?
