    Just ask her. If you don't soon she will think you are uninterested and lose interest.

    1.stalk and find her interests
    2.get good on those interests (for example watch her fav movie and ask her about it )
    3.make eye contact and smile
    4.this worked for me ;)

    Dont ask, just let it come naturally. Eventually both of you will discuss being monogamous. There is no need for an awkward "ask".

    Edit -Ok sorry your question is different from your details. Do you just want to go out on a date or ask her to be your girlfriend? Two diff things mate.
