Women generally don't care about penis sizes at all, while the ones who care about dick size are gay/bi men in general. It's what you do with it, women aren't so visual and don't care about physical attraction like men do for boobs and butts and so on. It's gay/bi men that care more about physical sexual appeal on a man because gay men are equally as visual to a man as a straight man is to a woman.
