From my experience it does make a difference. Too big is not enjoyable and I've never been with someone who I thought had a too small one. Average is best.
But then, I live in Africa so the average there might equal to a big somewhere else. Lol
There's actually a study that shows that Western Africa has an average penis size of 16.5cm and Australia comes second. The USA is third alongside France and other countries. Russia and Asian countries come last.
