You're probably the sort of guy who bullies other guys for no reason other than the fact they're smaller than you and you perceive them as "weak" and/or "an easy target" too.
Dating isn't all about sex. If you want to get with a girl you need to champion all of her achievements and more than anything, like yourself as a human being. Steroids definitely don't help with your intimidating behaviour.
Maybe if you weren't such a self-confessed aggressive person and treated guys and girls with more respect, more girls would allow you to date them.
