Get plenty of sleep, eat a healthy diet, take a multivitamin, exercise, drink green tea, take a vitamin B-complex and or a vitamin B-12 supplement.

Keep a record for two weeks, then sit down and have an honest review with yourself. Ask a friend to help you too. Sometimes your brain thinks eating 6 pasta dishes in a week and not exercising is totally normal, but should also mean you have tons of energy. Multivitamin, bannanas and water are all great ideas but if you want more of that sweet energy goodness you need to work on your basic beliefs and lifestyle.

good advice to log what you eat , and what you do for exercise and how much you sleep and drink. did you know wearing tight pants can cause major health issues bet no doctor ever thinks of that? the first step to know what is wrong is to know what is wrong.

Skip breakfast and have a light lunch. Drink coffee for a boost. Nothing slumps you more than a carb-heavy meal.

What are your sleeping patterns like? A common cause of tiredness during the day is sleep apnea, which can be diagnosed in a sleep clinic.

Exercise is the last thing you want to do if you're tired, but a gentle walk can get your brain and body functioning more efficiently.

You could also be anaemic: have you seen a doctor about your tiredness?

Plenty of water, take a banana to work/college and eat that when you feel really shattered. Try taking a multivitamin every day. If you work indoors get some fresh air on your break times. Try not to oversleep.

i belong to the school that teaches its impossible to sleep longer than the body needs. oversleeping is just a myth.
