Forget about him! Whatever you do don't start talking about your feelings and all that bullshit. I'm not saying your feelings are bullshit but accept that you are powerless over his thoughts, emotions and actions. But you can empower yourself by moving on and basically giving him as little of your time as possible. Users get a big ego boost off of people like yourself being at their beckon call and fawning over them. Don't get mad and start a fight either because that show's you care too. Just make sure that your time, money, body, energy and emotions are not available for this person.
