How to explain to my parents that i sleep shirtless?

I have been sleeping shirtless because I discovered that It's very comfortable. But I'm ashamed to explain it to my parents, especially my mum.

Is It Normal?

    There is no reason to bring it up and there's nothing wrong with it( unless you are Mormon or something)

    There, you're welcome. I'm not even sure why they would need to know to begin with, nor why they would even care. Personally I sleep buck-ass naked and I'm not ashamed of it in the slightest.

    I can't remember the last time I had any clothes on when I went to sleep. Start sleeping naked and you will never wear anything to bed again.

    pre cut half the shirt as modt people are wimps. next family breakfast LEAP onto the table and tear the shirt off. loudly proclaim nipples don't desire or deserve to be chaffed whilst sleeping or otherwise and you the rebelous whippersnapper can not be tagged or branded. you reject their society and all the destruction its "rules" bring with it.

    shake the nips about in a counter culture (Counter clockwise that means 12,11,10,etc dumbass) fashion and slaughter them. slaughter them all!

    I can see how this might effect you some families teach each of us different, some families are more free while others make nakedness more shameful, so if they are not free living people yes it may be hard to say something coz one day they come in to wake you and find your boobs in the open they may freak out,well dad might not,he will like that, lol,good luck
