  • You sound quite young: it's part of growing up and becoming an adult to accept that everyone has difficult times in their lives and that it usually can't be avoided and must be dealt with.

    It's up to you to choose how to deal with hard times: I suggest you check out Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which teaches how to change negative thought patterns and consequently negative feelings. Do some googling, there are books available if you can't afford therapy.

    One thing to cultivate is GRATITUDE: do you have a roof over your head, food to eat, clean water to drink, nobody is bombing you? Repeat (out loud is good if you are able to) a list every night as you fall asleep: as in "I am grateful I have a comfortable bed to sleep in" and so on and so on: write them down and refer to them when you're feeling the world is against you.

    Good luck! If you can work out how to deal with the bad times they won't go on as long and you'll have a much happier life!
