Well shit happens and sometimes it snowballs and you get caught in a rut. When you think negatively, negative things tend to happen. Try to make the best of things and have a positive attitude and positive things will generally happen. Although sometimes things are just beyond your control and you just have to cope the best you can until they get better.
In general people (unless they're very close to you) usually present themselves in a positive light and don't share the bad things that happen. Especially don't take what people post on social media as necessarily honest lenses of their lives.
Actually, that's the mark of a good troll. To ruin someone's happy mood in a subtle, creative way. Trolling is an art form. Only the finest trolls deserve admiration.
