4. Be blunt and tell the truth even if you know it'll hurt someone, this will earn you the "straight up" guy award. You'll actually be more honest than the popular nice people who tell white lies just to spare peoples feeling.

I don't believe in having an ego, but there's no need to enforce this view on anyone. Just learn to be humble, open-minded, and be kind to everyone. Remember, beliefs don't matter, but open-mindedness is everything.
