Building off the idea of other languages, the OP could try teaching English as a foreign language. From what I've heard you only need very basic foreign language skills (if any) to teach English to people who don't speak it. It doesn't take up all your time either. I don't know much about teaching English as a foreign language, but given your situation I think it's probably worth doing some research about :)
Also, as everyone else has said, reduce how much you spend if you can.

Is there anything that you are good at? For example, if you speak a language other than English, you can tutor in your spare time.
