  • A couple of things u can try. Like, u talked about fear of choking--learn the Heimlich manuever to save urself if u do start 2 choke. Just google Heimlich manuever and read a lil about it and watch a video on youtube on how to perform it so you'll know how to do it to yourself or someone else if choking occurs. U also talked about fear of driving over a certain bridge. Is this bridge over water? If its fear ur car will fall into the water thus causing drowning-the thing 2 do Ive heard if ur car is falling into water is to 1) roll the window down as much as possible b4 it hits 2) Ur car while float 4 a very short time before sinking, in that time unbuckle ur seat beat then... 3) open the car door and swim out. The reason they have the window thing as the 1st step is b/c if ur car is or is starting to get under water it makes it hard or impossible to open the door b/c of the pressure difference outside and inside the car making it where u have to wait til ur car completly fills up w/water 2 open it. Actually I believe take ur seat belt off first but do make sure u get something open to let pressure change as quickly as possible so u can get out (you can google this topic as well). Also, talking ur fears out with some1 u trust has always helped me in the past--even prevent anxiety in future situations as it helps with mental processing. Hope this help. :-)
