  • Yes meditation along with yoga will for sure help. It feels great with the soothing music a long with it. Plus faceing your fears will help too. The more you face them the better you'll be able to handle them. :)

    • It's strange because the things that are starting to cause me fear are things i have done for years, or even all my life, with no problem. Like the bridge... I have driven over it many times and i love it, but some days i just feel like i'm not gonna make it over.

      • Hmm... well whatever you and your family has I guess just gets worse as you get older. You'll have to just do things to help with the anxiety.
