How ripe do you like your bananas?

Personally I prefer them when they’re just starting to brown since they’re not hard but not super mushy either.

    Over here (Thailand) you slice up green bananas and put them in the stews and soups. I don't really like yellow bananas to eat as a fruit, don't like fruit too much, too sweet fo me.

        What other things do you bake besides banana bread? I used to cook with bananas as a substitute of eggs (purely for convenience not for dislike of eggs)

    I will eat them in pretty much any state, so long as they aren't rock hard or turning rotten. Green, yellow or brown is fine with me.

    I voted green, but more like a greenish yellow. I don't like them too mushy, it grosses me out. Too green makes my mouth feel funny.

    i hate bananas the flavor is gross the texture is mushy at best & vomit at worst and im afraid if i eat too many ill turn gay
