Lol. On a serious note, I think a majority are reliable because its so anonymous that, if they did just choose a random answer, it wouldnt matter because they leave with no recognition.
Comments in the other hand, are a little less reliable but you notice that a more than half of the people answering are giving their genuine opinion. Excluding the thumbs up seekers and the trolls who just give an off-the-wall answer.
So I think a little more than half sounds fair.
