    I don't talk very loudly but apparently my voice carries because of its lowish register

      Actually higher pitched voices project better. You just have a good speaking voice. Enjoy it!

        Oh not through distance but we have an open plan house and between me my brother and his girlfriend my voice is the lowest and is the loudest upstairs, I think it's the vibrations travelling through the furniture
