The post got me wondering exactly how powerful of an urge sexuality in general is to other people, given that they think someone with whatever fetish wouldn't be able to hold themselves back. If no one was capable of keeping themselves in check, it seems like rapists would be a lot more common.
The "Extremely powerful" option was meant to convey that if you got aroused by something, you wouldn't be able to stop yourself from having sex with it. Not necessarily in a rape-y fashion, but you wouldn't be able to just walk the other way.
