I respect your perspective, though I don't share it myself. Of course, the circumstances of our gyms may be different enough to motivate different evaluations of what's right or appropriate. No, I am not interested in spending time wiping down every single station before every set and after, for an average of four times per station, as others work in. The time this adds to my time in the gym accumulates too much for me.
And I don't know what constitutes "the right thing to do." Seems a malleable concept to me.
How often do you wipe down your gym bench?
