How often do you wash your hands in a single day?

Holy cow! Who only washes their hands once a day?

I took a food prep class and we were taught to wash our hands a LOT! So, I'd say that I wash my hands close to (if not, more than) 20 times a day.

0, where's that option? Unless showering counts, but I don't intend to wash my hands then....

Once, I only wash my hands after my daily poop. It's much better for your future health not to wash your hands so often and expose yourself to trace amounts of bad things, so that your body can learn to fight it. There is man who has been injecting himself with snake venom every single day, and he claims he feels better than he ever has in his life for it, and it's almost like a high for him.

i wash dishes, so some days its 50+, but mostly its 7-10 times according to how many times i go to the toilet

what about the option 0 times a day??? lol just kidding I wash my hands about 2 to 3 time a day.

Depends on how many times i leave the house or if im over someone elses house...
